Terms and Conditions
1. Disclosure
To safely provide the treatment, and if necessary supply products the client will be requested to give certain information in writing. This information provided must be accurate. It is essential that the client makes full and accurate disclosure of any medical conditions, as some treatments and products are not suitable for those with certain conditions.
2. Cancellation policy
Appointments cannot be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment price. Appointments cancelled on the day will be charged 100% of the treatment price. When making an appointment the client will be advised about the cancellation period. If the cancellation period is not complied with, Habit Beauty reserves the rights to make a charge for their lost profits.
3. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking the appointment.
4. Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Bookings using gift vouchers must be made in advance and are subject to availability. The client must inform the salon they will be using vouchers at time of booking. The original voucher must be presented as part of the final payment. Change or credit for unused vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
5. Confidentiality
All details and any information supplied by the Client to the salon will be kept strictly confidential. Any information supplied to the salon will be used by them solely for providing the treatment or product unless obligated to provide it by law, court order or any governmental or regulatory authority.
